Sunday, May 17th, 2020 Hope Community Church will be reopening under the WV Strong Guidance for Religious Entities. While we continue to pray for the end of this pandemic around the world we are encouraged that the recommended guidelines give us the opportunity to gather together. We have listed below the guidelines we will be enacting at Hope Community Church for reopening.

- Will there be anything for kids?
- Can I come if I am over 65 years old?
- What entrances will be open?

- Will masks be required?
- Will there be sanitizing between services?
- How will the services end?
- Will I still be able to watch online?
Services times will stay as normal. 8:15 AM, 9:45 AM, and 11:15 AM.
Seating will be by reservation only. You can reserve your seat here. Need help? Instructions on how to reserve your seat. Please reserve a seat for every person in your family putting 2 chairs between families.
There will be no separate Kids Ministry. You can reserve a child seat and our Kids Ministry Team will have a special packet just for them.
Everyone over the age of 65 is asked to attend our first service and sit in the seating section reserved for 65 and over.
There will be designated bathrooms for attendees over the age of 65.
Our parking and greeting teams will be directing you to the designated entrances and exits. The upper lobby will be closed before and after services.
Attendees will be escorted to their seats by our Guest Services Team.
All parking and greeting teams will be wearing PPE.
We will be providing masks for all attendees who request one.
Hand sanitizing stations will be available in the lower lobby and exits.
Cleaning teams will be sanitizing the building between services to include chairs, restrooms, and other hard surfaces.
At the end of each service, we ask that everyone proceed to the designated exits to allow time for cleaning before the next service.
We are excited about the opportunity to worship together again. If you have a compromised immune system or are experiencing any symptoms we request that you continue to worship from home through the live stream.
