FASTING
Choose Your Fast and Grow Closer to God!
As we enter into this powerful season of fasting, we’re offering different fasting options to help you draw nearer to God and experience His transformative power. Here’s a breakdown of the fasts you can choose from:
Daniel Fast
The 21-day Daniel Fast is the suggested fast by staff and leadership. It involves removing certain foods and liquids from your diet, focusing on a plant-based, whole-food approach to nourish your body and spirit.
Partial Fast
This fast involves refraining from food during certain periods of the day (e.g., sunrise to sunset). It’s a great option for those who want to take part in fasting while maintaining flexibility.
Soul Fast
Disconnect from distractions and absorbing habits (like social media, entertainment, or other activities) to reconnect with God and spend time in prayer, worship, and deepening relationships that honor Him.
Complete Fast
A complete fast involves only consuming fluids for the duration of the fast. It’s an intense fast for those seeking a deeper level of focus and spiritual renewal.
